There is many ways to get involved we still are accepting sponsors, volunteers for the event, donations, involvement in our board, coming to the event to show your support and help us raise money for children’s organizations around Delaware.  

 The event is held at Rockford Park in Wilmington DE the address is:

Payment methods will be cash, credit or debit cards at our tents. Vendors may have other options.  Rides are Magic Money. We are exploring PayPal and Venmo as an option.  

 Yes, if we decide to cancel, we will notify everyone on socials and our website. Be sure to come prepared with an umbrella we do have some tents so do not let the weather stop you from coming out and having a great time!  

We have retail vendors, plants for sale, food vendors, live entertainment, beverages at the Beer Garden, & rides. We have a lot of fun while raising money for the children of Delaware!  

 Parking is $10.00 per car per day. We will offer a multi-day pass as well. 

We do offer handicap parking spaces. 

Parking is CASH ONLY 

 No admission fee, no tickets for the event. 

Yes you can bring your dog, all we ask is that you clean up after them and that they are on a leash. We even have vendors that sell dog items at Market!  

Yes, there will be rides, which utilize the Magic Money Cards seen at many other festivals and events. There are no wristband options. Majestic Midways ride hours for this year:

 Yes, you can bring a lawn chair to enjoy the entertainment. We do not offer lawn chairs onsite.  

 Unleashed dogs, guns, motorized children’s toys, driving on the grounds, alcohol outside of the Beer Garden, political signs or giveaways not authorized by Marketing.  

Yes there will be alcohol served only in our Beer Garden, which is a covered tent. No alcohol can leave the Beer garden. ID’s will be checked and a wrist bands will be given to those over 21.  

Yes, WFM  is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, so your donation is tax deductible.
